* Net 30 day terms to customers with established credit.
* A small order fee of $6.25 will be assessed when ordering less than one dozen. If ordering a dozen items or more, the small order fee is not applicable.
* Custom orders include embroidery, screen printing, special prints, adjustments to length/width of our standard sizes for aprons, etc. Custom orders are subject to a 5% overage/shortage. At minimum, a 50% deposit is required before production begins. If fabric is provided, customer is responsible for the quality of fabric provided and will not hold Aprons By The Case liable for problems with the custom fabric bleeding, crocking, fading, shrinkage, wrinkling, etc. Generally, custom orders are shipped within 7-10 business days from receipt of payment and order confirmation.
* Embroidery is based on the number of stitches (you can choose up to 7 thread colors, excluding non-metallic threads). Screen Printing is based on the number of colors used (flashing is additional), with a minimum of a 36 piece order. Embroidery and Screen Printing cannot be ordered online due to the precise nature of the request. Please contact us at 877-872-7766 to place a Embroidery or Screen Print order.
CONDITIONS OF SALE AND RETURN POLICIES:
*Return authorization is required. Please email your request to email@example.com or call 1-877-872-7766 for a Return Authorization (RA) number. Credit is applied to the account only.
* All Made in USA items returned are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Uncommon Threads import items returned are subject to a 50% restocking fee. Items must be returned in their original shape and packaging. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges.
* Only goods that have a fabric or manufacturing defects may be returned at no charge with prior return authorization, no exceptions. No returns accepted on custom or private label orders except for quality related issues. Altered products are non-returnable, which include, but are not limited to embroidered, screen printed or laundered goods.
*All shortages and damage claims must be filed within 10 days of receipt of goods. No items are accepted for return after 90 days from ship date including manufacturing defects.
